Quality inspection of knitted fabrics

The inspection scope of knitted fabrics includes: appearance style, color, gram weight, width, cloth weight and length, cloth surface defects, color fastness, shrinkage stability and fabric odor.

Strives for the survival by the credibility, to the quality strives for the development.

1. Appearance style: compare the fabric used by the sample clothes confirmed by the customer and make judgment by physical comparison.
The front and back of the fabric shall be clearly distinguished and clearly marked before cutting.
2. Color: check whether the fabric color is correct and whether the color error is within the range of cylinder difference allowed by the customer after the bulk fabric arrives at the factory.
3. Gram weight: it is difficult to accurately measure the length of knitted fabric because of its good elasticity. In actual production, the actual yard length of fabric is controlled by strictly controlling the gram weight of square meter of fabric.
4. Width: width includes edge to edge gross width and cutting width.
5. Inspection and treatment of cloth defects: find cloth defects through cloth inspection machine, which is usually divided into yarn defects, weaving defects and dyeing and finishing defects.
